still rainin in Seria..it's been like since tadi morning sudah,we didn't do much for the trainin, only in the morning, atupun to refresh back we had learned last week, on how to rescue casualty with spine injury with the spine board then dinaikkan atas stretcher and tarus masuk ke ambulance...sanang plang sikit usulnya..inda ku tau kalau in real situation ah, abis kali teikat sama tangan sendiri hehehe anyways...i have somethin to share, last night we were laughin over this clip from some Music Idol, i think dari Bulgaria kali hehehe the key word is "Ken Lee" hahahaha dangar the name sudah ku pacah sorang sorang hehehe enjoy~~
