i was reading through my emails and i found this useful info i'm going to share,it's about food as medicine...banyak plang but i'm going to post few lah pasal i see banyak people masa ni bepenyakitan hehehe aku pun kana jua..i can't guarantee 100% cured plang but apa nya orang (NYA ORAANNGG~~ hehehe ada ni orangnya slalu pakai this line) baik jua berikhtiar hehehe so here are some..
Headache - eat plenty of fish(i'm no sure plg exactly which fish)..ginger would also do, they help to reduce inflammation and pain.
Athma - eating onions helps ease constriction of bronchial tubes
Upset Stomach - bananas and ginger (which will cure morning sickness)
Bone Problems - the manganese in Pineapples will prevent bone fractures
Premenstrual Syndrome - hehehe CORNFLAKES..ofcourse..which helps reduce depression, anxiety and fatigue
Memory Problems - this is for me!! hehehe zinc in Oysters will help improve mental functioning
Colds - clears up that stuffy head with garlic, it can lowers cholestrol level (tapi ganya what i know bawang ani membari bau badan bah hehehe)
Coughing - Red peppers but with cautiously laahh..because it might irritate tummy
Diarrhea - apple with its skin...wait til it turns brown (nya orang betagar hehehe NYA ORAAANG LAGI!!)
additional, Papaya is good for your eyes as it is rich in carotene (does this mean keratin as in untuk rambut kah??!!), watermelon (peberit ni!) helps protect our skin from SUV rays....and TOMATOES!!! which are very good as preventive measure for men, it keeps those prostate problems from invading their bodies.
ngalih ku ingat kan yang lain..banyak bahh..plus i'm currently suffering penyakit memory problems heheheh yatah kan mencari oysters tah ku ni...for those yang baca this post, kalau kan belanja aku makan kah apa, so now u know what i (TERPAKSA!!) like to eat ah ehhehe
